Faulty or Damaged Goods Return
- If your order arrives faulty or damaged during transit, you may request a refund or exchange.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Products must be returned to their original condition.
- Once approved, we will reimburse the full invoice amount, including shipping, to the original payment method used.
- Please get in touch with us before returning any goods to initiate the return process.
- We reserve the right to reject reimbursement of excessive return costs.
Change of Mind Return
- If you change your mind or accidentally place the wrong order, you may request a return or exchange.
- Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items cannot be returned if even a small quantity from a carton has been used.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the products only, not shipping charges.
- For orders with free shipping, the original freight cost (paid by us to the courier) will be deducted from the refund. Our customer service team will advise you of the exact amount during the return process.
"Late" Shipment
- We are not responsible for courier delays. Delays are not a reason for a refund outside our policy.
- By ordering, you accept the risk of late delivery.
- We use the fastest option available based on what you select.
- If you need delivery by a set date, contact us before ordering.
- Late delivery returns will follow our Change of Mind policy.
